A wonderful evening of connection and meditation. Come along and meet some new people and join us in a guided meditation to assist you move through change in your life!
There is so many challenges for people in life at present. These can be hard to navigate on your own. Our aim is to bring people together to connect to their heart space and to themselves deep within. You shall be guided through a deep meditation to access the field of infinite possibilities and see how the power of love can assist us through change.
You do not need to have any experience of mediation. We shall walk you gently this whole experience. There shall be some music on the night and also tea and coffee.
The power of meditation has been spoken about for centuries. We now know that we can access the quantum field through this practice which can to help us discover more information about ourselves and really assist us in making change.
